First Time Buyer?
If it’s your first order with us and you’re not happy with the quality, fit, or overall look of your product, don’t sweat it. Pass it on to a teammate, then shoot us an email at hmrbaseball1@gmail.com — we’ll refund you in full. No hassle.
Need to Make a Return?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your item arrives. To qualify for a return:
Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Email us at hmrbaseball1@gmail.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake on the order.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process it.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your gear shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Email hmrbaseball1@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right fast.
What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on:
Discounted or sale items
Customized gear or limited drops
Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem. The fastest way to get what you need is to order the correct size on our site, then contact us to start your return.
If we sent the wrong item or color, we’ll cover the return label.
If you ordered the wrong size, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank to post the funds.
