Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase (email receipt is fine)
To start a return or exchange, fill out the contact form on our website, or contact us at hmrbaseball1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or request for exchange.
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please fill out the contact form on our website, or contact us at hmrbaseball1@gmail.com immediately with photos so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom products (including personalized or team gear)
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
Please reach out if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

First Time Orders
If this is your first time ordering from us and you’re not completely satisfied with the quality, fit, or look of your first product, simply pass it along to a teammate or friend and we’ll still issue you a full refund. No questions asked.
