First Time Orders

If this is your first time ordering from us and you’re not completely satisfied with the quality, fit, or look of your first product, simply pass it along to a teammate or friend—and we’ll still issue you a full refund. No questions asked.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Must include proof of purchase (email receipt is fine)

To start a return or exchange, contact us at hmrbaseball1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us immediately at hmrbaseball1@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom products (including personalized or team gear)

• Discounted or sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to place a new order at hmrbaseball.com and then email hmrbaseball1@gmail.com to initiate the return of your original item. If the exchange is due to an error on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping. If it’s for a different size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
